1.Click on START -->ALL PROGRAMS-->GOOGLETALK
2.Right click on googletalk and click on properties
3.In properties dialog box you will find a path
Target C:\Program Files\Google\Google Talk\googletalk.exe" /startmenu
4.Replace that startmenu with nomutex
then press ok and enjoy multiple logins
